All equipment will be checked and tested before shipment to ensure they operate well.
Our engineers will provide the installation guide, debug, and application training. Engineers will conduct professional training for the staff, including the principle of equipment, structure, and function, routine maintenance, and the use of plants and solutions. Training enables the user’s staff to have the ability of independent operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
BODA provides 24-hour hotline support. Engineers will respond within 1 hour once receive the response from the user.
The warranty period of the equipment starts from 12 months after the user passes the debugging or 18 months after the equipment arrives at the site, whichever expires first. During the warranty period, any defects, faults, and damage caused by our design, craftsmanship, manufacturing, or material defects, and any other issue caused by our company shall be handled by us without any charge. And out of the warranty period, we continue to provide service.
BODA maintains adequate spare parts inventory in the types of user’s equipment and provides users with the concession supply of accessories and free technical advisory services.

After-Sale Service

B. The warranty period of the equipment shall start from 12 months after the user passes the debugging or 18 months after the equipment arrives at the site, whichever expires first. In the case of normal use of the equipment by the user within this period, the costs incurred in the repair or replacement of the equipment and parts provided by the supplier due to quality problems shall be borne by the Supplier. Any damage or replacement of the equipment caused by wrong operation or improper use shall be borne by the user. After the warranty period, the supplier provides life-long paid equipment maintenance services.
C. Establish user files so that our company can have documented information on customers ‘understanding of equipment operation, and regularly provide users with maintenance methods and precautions.
D. The company’s after-sales employees call back every three months, inspect the equipment operating status on site every six months, and provide reasonable suggestions to users.
E. After receiving the user’s telex or telephone service information, immediately give a clear reply. If the phone can not solve the problem, within 24 hours to the user site for equipment repair.
After the warranty expires, the company implements lifelong maintenance tracking of the machine and provides spare parts and services at cost price.
