Factors to Consider Before Choosing
According to the selection rules, help you choose the right oxygen machine equipment.
Oxygen Capacity
Confirm the outlet flow rate of the required oxygen gas.
Generally refers to how much capacity oxygen gas is needed per hour, in Nm³/h (standard square/hour). Different applications require different oxygen flow rates, and if the selection is too large, it may cause waste and excessive cost problems. Therefore, selecting the right equipment according to actual needs and uses is necessary.
Oxygen Purity
Air contains about 21% oxygen gas. When we use oxygen, there will be different requirements for purity depending on the application. Generally, we can choose within the range of 93±3%.
Oxygen Pressure
Under normal configuration, after the oxygen generator equipment passes through the air compressor, compressed air dryer, multiple precision filters, and oxygen-nitrogen separation machine, the outlet pressure of qualified oxygen gas can be 0.1~0.6MPa. If high pressure is required due to special processes, you can choose the oxygen booster.
Oxygen Dew Point
The dew point refers to the water content in the air. The lower the dew point, the less water content in the air, which means that the gas is drier.
The dew point is related to pressure, and there are divided into atmospheric dew point (atmospheric dew point) and dew point under pressure (pressure dew point). Unless otherwise specified, the dew point referred to is the atmospheric dew point.
Generally speaking, when the system is equipped with a refrigeration dryer, the atmospheric dew point of oxygen is -40 ℃.
If users require a lower dew point, they can choose the adsorption compressed air dryer or a combination compressed air dryer when selecting a dryer.
Application
When selecting the oxygen generator, it is important to choose the most suitable model and configuration based on the application’s requirements for oxygen purity, flow rate, pressure, equipment size, and any special environmental conditions. For example, in the medical field, oxygen purity typically ranges from 93% to 96%, and there is a need for low noise levels. In industrial applications, high flow rates and high-pressure oxygen are often required, and the equipment should be selected according to the specific process needs.
PSA Oxygen Generator Working Process
1.Pressurized Adsorption
PSA Oxygen generator, based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology using the state of Zeolite Molecular sieve adsorbents.
Under certain pressure, the difference of diffusion rate between nitrogen and oxygen in the air is quite different on the Zeolite molecular sieve;
nitrogen molecule is absorbed largely by the zeolite molecular sieve and oxygen molecule concentrates in gas-phase in a short time, to realize separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
2.Depressurization Desorption
Due to that the absorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves for oxygen varies largely from different pressures, reducing the pressure can make the zeolite molecular sieves release the absorbed nitrogen molecule and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieves, to realize repeated recycling of it.
It adopts the technique of two absorption towers, in which one tower absorbs nitrogen and produces oxygen, and another tower releases the absorbed nitrogen and regenerates the zeolite molecular sieves. This cyclic-alternating pattern can produce high-quality nitrogen continuously.

Customization Solution
High Purity PSA Oxygen Generator
The whole system is composed of the air compressor, the compressed air purification system, multiple precision filters, and the PSA oxygen generator system. The pressure of qualified oxygen is between 0.1 and 0.6 MPa. If high pressure is required, an oxygen booster can be selected additionally, and the pressure of qualified oxygen can be as high as 20 MPa or even higher. It can be directly used for filling high-pressure gas cylinders.

It is composed of the air compressor, air dryer, oxygen generator system, and proportioning cabinet, the purity of qualified oxygen can be between 21% and 40%.
Moveable Containerized Oxygen Machine
The oxygen supply system is installed in a customized container shell. The box structure has all the advantages of the all-in-one structure, in addition to providing options to ensure ideal operating conditions.
The shell also has the functions of rain cover and sunshade. If air conditioning and insulation materials are provided, it will also help maintain a suitable working temperature in the shell and control noise.
