BXN-300H 300Nm³/h 99.999% Four-tower PSA nitrogen generator
The BXN-300H has a outlet flow rate of 300 standard cubic meters of nitrogen per hour, with a purity of 99.999% and an oxygen content of 10 ppm.
The equipment adopts a four-tower structure. Whether viewed from the front or the back, it always presents a front side, and it operates properly in any way.
Two towers/Two tower can serve as backup machines for each other. They can be operated separately or in parallel, and can be adjusted at any time according to the on-site working conditions. The system can automatically adjust the adsorption time according to the purity of nitrogen and the magnitude of the outlet gas flow. In this way, the exhaust volume of the silencer can be reduced to 20 – 40%, greatly decreasing the consumption of compressed air and achieving the purpose of energy conservation.
A. Working Principle:
Under certain pressure, the difference in diffusion rate between nitrogen and oxygen in the air is quite different in carbon molecular sieves; the oxygen molecule is absorbed largely by the carbon molecular sieves, and the nitrogen molecule concentrates in the air phase in a short time, to realize the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
