BMO Membrane separation oxygen generator equipment

Item No: BMO Membrane separation oxygen generator equipment

BMO Membrane separation oxygen generator equipment

The membrane separation method uses the selective permeability of hollow fiber bundle polymeric membranes to separate oxygen from the air.

Primary Oxygen Purity 35%-55%
Secondary Oxygen Purity ≤90%

Cost Efficiency. When the oxygen concentration is around 30% and the scale is less than 15,000 Nm³/h, the investment, maintenance, and operational costs of the membrane method are only 65% to 75% of the cryogenic and PSA methods, making the membrane method more economical for smaller scales.

    Working Principle

The membrane separation method uses the selective permeability of hollow fiber bundle polymeric membranes to separate oxygen from the air.
When the air passes through the oxygen membrane groups, oxygen is more easily permeated than nitrogen, to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
The membrane separation method to obtain oxygen gas requires regular replacement of oxygen-rich membranes, so the cost is high, the highest oxygen concentration is about 40%, and the pressure is slightly higher than normal. (Maximum nitrogen concentration of membrane separation is about 95%)

    Advantages:

    • The integrated design of the standard membrane group is quick to install and simple to start. The oxygen flow rate can be easily increased by adding modules.
    • Stable quality. Membrane separation oxygen generator provides a continuous supply of pure and stable oxygen gas for the production process and production quality.
    • Low maintenance requirements and long service life: Membrane separation oxygen generator has the advantage of simple construction. The separation process minimizes maintenance requirements because it has no moving parts. This also allows the membrane separation oxygen generator to operate reliably in areas of high vibration.
    • Space saving. The membrane separation oxygen generator takes up little space, is very quiet during running, and can be installed directly in the production shop.
    • Easy to operate. The startup and debugging process is quick and simple.

    Configuration and Functions

▶The operation is simple and reliable, the degree of automation is high, there are no moving parts, no regular switching, and it meets the requirements of long-term continuous operation.

▶The start/stop is convenient and fast, and qualified oxygen can be produced within a short time after startup.

▶Low energy consumption and oxygen purity are continuously adjustable.

▶The gas separation process is noiseless, pollution-free does not produce harmful waste, and the oxygen production cleanliness is high.

▶The membrane module inlet quality detection and protection device is available to ensure that qualified gas enters the membrane module, thereby extending the service life of the membrane.

▶The whole machine has a compact structure, convenient installation, and a small floor area.

▶It has a wide range of uses and can withstand many chemical pollutions.

▶Optional remote monitoring system, automatic purity regulator, DCS communication, etc.
