ADL-0.5/13 ASME Compressed air adsorption dryer hydrostatic test

Today, we want to share an important process in our factory – hydrostatic testing of compressed air dryer and nitrogen generator pipelines.
The BODA factory is conducting a hydrostatic test on nitrogen generators and adsorption dryers per ASME standards. The test pressure is 1.8 BAR and the test duration is 2 hours. The hydrostatic test is qualified.
At our factory, quality is our top priority. Hydrostatic testing is a crucial step in ensuring the reliability and durability of our mechanical products. This test subjects the products to high water pressure to simulate real-world operating conditions and detect potential leaks or weaknesses.
