BXO-30 93±3% PSA Oxygen Generator-Customer on-site acceptance
Pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator: The oxygen purity at the outlet is 93 ± 3%. The purity is adjustable. The outlet pressure is 15 MPa, which can directly fill oxygen cylinders. The dew point of the outlet oxygen is – 40 °C. The outlet flow rate is 30 Nm³/h. The equipment comprises an air compressor, a micro-heat regeneration dryer, an activated carbon filter, a PSA double-tower oxygen generator, and a booster.
Working principle
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generator: It separates oxygen by using the different adsorption capacities of zeolite molecular sieves for nitrogen and oxygen. Under a certain pressure, the molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen, thus enriching oxygen in the gas phase. When the pressure is reduced, the molecular sieve releases nitrogen for regeneration, repeating this cycle to continuously produce oxygen.
Main components
Air compressor: Responsible for sucking in air and compressing it to a certain pressure to provide an air source for the subsequent oxygen production process.
Filters: Including air filters, etc., are used to remove contaminants such as dust and impurities in the air to ensure the air quality entering the oxygen production process.
Molecular sieve or membrane component: In a PSA oxygen generator, it is a zeolite molecular sieve, which is the key to realizing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen;
Control system: Monitors and adjusts the operating parameters of the oxygen generator such as pressure, flow rate, and purity to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Application fields Medical field: Provide oxygen for patients who need supplementary oxygen inhalation, which can be used in hospital wards, homes and other environments.
Industrial field: For example, in processes such as metal cutting and welding, providing high-purity oxygen can improve combustion efficiency and processing quality; in chemical production, some reaction processes require oxygen participation. Oxygen supplementation in high-altitude areas: In high-altitude areas, due to the relatively low oxygen content in the air, the oxygen generator can provide additional oxygen supplementation for people’s living, working and commercial places. Oxygen purity and flow rate There are usually different specifications for oxygen purity. Commonly used medical oxygen purity is about 90% – 95%. The purity of industrial oxygen is determined according to specific requirements. There are also multiple choices for the flow rate, from a small flow rate (such as several liters per minute) suitable for personal health care or mild patients’ oxygen inhalation to a large flow rate (tens of cubic meters per hour) to meet the needs of industrial production.
